Johnny English Reborn Costumes and Story

The world's greatest spy is back in October 2011. It's not James Bond gone all serious, it's not Chuck gone all intersect and Sarah Walker marry me. It is in fact Johnny English reborn into the destiny he was chosen to embrace - the world's greatest spy.

Let's chronicle the costumes that the world's greatest spy Johnny English will be wearing in this movie, as some of these costumes will no doubt become synonymous with the Spy Hall of Fame at MI7. First up is the just post retirement "Johnny English Caveman costume", where a Johnny English comes out of retirement after being persuaded by a wise monk (who else could have achieved this miracle?). Here he is pictured in caveman rags, and a real scruffy bushy beard and hair. Johnny English is about to be reborn at this stage, but just not quite yet.

Next Johnny English is dressed in typical Shaolin monk style training attire. He is seen in various stages of his training, including basic martial arts drills, followed by mind over matter, as he bravely (or stupidly) walks through burning stones. At the end of the training, he is recalled to MI7 to fulfill his destiny as the world's greatest spy.

In MI7, Johnny English is dressed quite obviously in the classic suit and tie spy costume, as he wows and woos his way through fights and women (Gillian Anderson and Rosamund Pike). There is also an additional picture of him dressed in a biker attire, complete with goggles and all, bending over to slip under a monstrous truck.

Not too sure what the Johnny English Reborn story is all about from the trailer. It looks like Johnny English is sent to intervene in some weapon development after being recalled to MI7. Well, no one really cares, as one can just laugh your way through this Rowan Atkinson movie. Definitely one of the spy movies to go to for a laugh, as the only other funny spy movie (which was not that funny, but was very good looking in the form of Anne Hathaway) is Get Smart.

Johnny English is Reborn in cinemas in October 2011.
